Our current project is located in Hatfield, MA and is a 83,000 sqft bldg that we are converting into mixed use spaces. We have offices available in sizes of 150 sq ft to office areas that are 8,000 sq ft. From a single cubicle to your company headquarters.... we have accommodations to suit most!
We are currently renting to many insurance agents, finacial planners, therapists, contractors, and have warehouse space for distributors of various products. We also have seasonal and year around vehicle storage in our drive-in basement. We store motorcycles, cars, trucks, boats, and even an airplane!
The building is in the historic district of Hatfield. We have gone over and above to meet current codes and to keep this former tobacco storage and distribution center's history alive. There were once over 400+ people that worked at this building, and is 1 of the top 3 largest buildings in the Town of Hatfield!
